Advice from an Old Man: You have three thousand followers on your phone, but not one single person you can call at two in the morning when your world is falling apart. It’s time to trade digital algorithms for the living God.

Connected but Completely Alone

You are lonely because you are trying to fill a spiritual void with digital noise.

Every day, you scroll through hundreds of posts, watch endless videos, and text people across the world, yet you still go to sleep feeling entirely invisible. The internet promised to connect everyone, but it has only isolated us into our own private, anxious screens.

The world tells you to download a new app or find a new community, but human crowds cannot cure a starving soul.

Look at what the Bible promises when you feel completely abandoned by the world:

"When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up."— Psalm 27:10

"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." — Isaiah 41:10

True connection does not come from a screen, a comment section, or a social feed. It comes from being known by the One who created you.

Jesus Christ didn't come to give you a digital platform; He came to give you a personal relationship with God. He is the only Friend who will never log off, never block you, and never walk away. Stop looking for validation in your notifications and plug into the only relationship that will ever truly satisfy your heart.
