Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Mousse

A rich and creamy dessert made without added sugar and without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter with no added sugar
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar substitute that measures cup for cup like sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • A small pinch of salt, optional

Directions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar substitute, vanilla, and salt. Beat until well mixed.
  3. In a separate cold bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no white streaks remain.
  5. Spoon the mousse into six small dishes.
  6. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
